UPCOMING AUDIT

We have upcoming visits and audits see below for the dates.
Please do not use the customer parking spaces on following dates so it is available for visitors/auditors. Treat the HIGH LEVEL VISIT as an audit.
-CERTIFICATION ESDAUDIT: Monday and Tuesday 10/05/2026 and 10/06/2026
-Customer RaytheonAUDIT: Tuesday 11/03/2026
-Customer PEF Visit: Thursday 12/10/2026
-Government DLAAUDIT: Tuesday and Wednesday 12/15/2026 and 12/16/2026
Please remember to clean up and organize your area the work day before each visit and audit and to keep it clean through the visit/audit dates.
One of the things noted during the Viasat Audit was how unorganized the test lab floor and how much of a mess was on the floor.
Please remember to review your training and make sure everything is properly signed off. If you are being cross trained into another department and have signed off on a job please send a email to QA@gets-usa.com with the information.
· Reminders for the Audits. (If you are unsure of any of the below or have questions please get with the QA team)
o No pencils/food/drinks/candy on the lab floor.
o If devices are out and exposed then any paperwork should be inside the pink bags or not on the desk/computers.
o If a item is not related to direct testing please have it on the outer most edge of the table or off the work table completely.
o If you need to correct something, it is a single line across the word with your initial and date. (NEVER ERASE ANYTHING OR SCRATCH INFORMATION OUT TO BE UNLEGIBLE)
o Have your related work instructions opened and ready.
o Make sure there are no unmarked bins, devices, bags that have customer items in it.
o Know where to find our quality policy on our QMS.
